A Conversation with Juliana Co-lead Counsel, Phil Gregory

  • This event is archived.

Join Stanford Law Students for Climate Action (SLSCA), the Stanford Environmental Law Journal, the Environmental Law Society (ELS), and the American Constitution Society (ACS) on Nov. 7th for a lunchtime conversation with Phil Gregory. Phil is an attorney based in Redwood City with over forty years of experience in complex business and environmental litigation. Phil is co-lead counsel on the federal lawsuit Juliana v. United States, a landmark case brought by 21 young people who claim the federal government’s fossil fuel energy policies violate their constitutional right to a stable climate (check out the documentary, Youth v. Gov!). He is excited to speak with SLS students about Juliana and impact litigation broadly. RSVP here by Friday, Nov 4!
