Please join the Stanford Rock Center for Corporate Governance, the California State Controller, CalPERS, and CalSTRS for a one-day conference discussing the latest research and strategies for improving diversity on corporate boards and in the C-suite. The program will include opening remarks from California State Controller Betty T. Yee about the benefits to investors of diverse corporate leadership; a keynote presentation during lunch by Oracle CEO Safra Catz; research presentations on the myth of meritocracy and how leading companies have achieved board diversity; and panels discussing Innovative Strategies for Increasing Diversity of Executive Teams, Changing the Search Process, and The Role of Investors.

Breakfast and lunch will be provided, and the program will close with a networking reception. Space is limited, so please register early.
