Ho, Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.  Judge Ho, who received his Bachelor of Arts from Stanford University, will discuss his career in public interest work, government, and private practice – eventually leading to his nomination and confirmation to the Fifth Circuit.
