Please join the American Constitution Society and the Immigrants’ Rights Clinic for a discussion with Dean Kevin Johnson (UC-Davis) and Professor Jennifer Chacon (Stanford Law School), moderated by Professor Jayashri Srikantiah.  The discussants will explore current controversies in immigration and refugee law and policy, with attention to the persistence of racial animus in shaping exclusionary policies more than fifty years after the passage of the 1965 Immigration and Nationality Act.
