Ruchir Patel is an associate counsel at Greenoaks Capital, a San Francisco-based venture capital firm. He was previously an associate at Gunderson Dettmer for almost five years. He graduated from Boston College Law School in 2017.

Courtney Cronin is an associate counsel at Greenoaks Capital. She was previously an associate at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz for four years. She graduated from Stanford Law School in 2018.

Sam McClure is Lecturer in Law at Stanford and the former director of the Rock Center for Corporate Governance. He was previously an associate at Gunderson Dettmer. He graduated from Stanford Law School in 2017.
