David Sanford, chairman and co-founder of Sanford Heisler Sharp McKnight, will be available for an informal lunch to answer students’ questions about litigating public interest cases, especially employment cases, on the plaintiffs’ side. He served as lead counsel in more than 50 class action lawsuits involving gender and race discrimination, ERISA violations, and False Claims Act matters. As lead counsel, he won the largest gender discrimination employment jury verdict in Velez v. Novartis.
