Nick’s work spans a wide range of technologies that test the boundaries of privacy and government power, including drones, automated license plate readers, facial recognition systems, smart home devices, online tracking technologies, and how AI supercharges them all. He also litigates and advises on cases involving online speech and federal efforts to unmask anonymous speakers.
