BLSA Black History Month Event

The Black Law Students Association proudly presents Professor Clay Carson and Clarence Jones discussing “Civil Rights Movement and the Law.”

Professor Carson is the Director of the Martin Luther King, Jr. Research and Education Institute and Professor of History at Stanford University.

Clarence Jones is the former counsel and draft speechwriter to Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., first African American to become a partner in a Wall Street investment banking firm, Carter, Berlind & Weill, Inc. and resident scholar at the MLK, Jr. Research and Education Institute.
