In its September 2018 issue, The Atlantic published an article called “What It Takes to be a Trial Lawyer If You’re Not a Man,” written by Lara Bazelon. The piece recounted the challenges that women still face in today’s courtrooms, relying in part on a study authored by Professor Deborah Rhode for the ABA. Come hear Professor Bazelon and a few female trial lawyers talk about these challenges. and strategies to overcome them.  Moderated by Professor Rhode.
