@ SLS: Room 95 Crown Quadrangle, 559 Nathan Abbott Way, Stanford, CA, United StatesOnline service providers are playing an increasing role in keeping children safe on the Internet, including by identifying, removing, and reporting harmful and illegal content. Their ability to do so effectively and efficiently while balancing the privacy interests of their users is an area receiving increased attention from the bar and bench. The talk will include a discussion on the state of current laws regulating this area and emerging issues in this rapidly changing legal landscape.
