New Spaces of Justice: Design Workshop Series
What does the future of the justice system look like, especially as more courts go virtual and equity becomes more of a central principle for them? This multidisciplinary workshop series will focus on re-imagining new court infrastructures for hybrid systems. We will identify and address challenges the courts and its visitors will face in losing the benefits of physical spaces provided by courthouses. Together – in interdisciplinary law, design, and architecture teams – we will design prototypes for real-life case studies to create new inclusive court infrastructures and increase access to justice.
