FAQs

Which classes are celebrating a milestone year during reunion?

Class years celebrating their 5th through 55th reunions: 1971, 1976, 1981, 1986, 1991, 1996, 2001, 2006, 2011, 2016, and 2021. Our Golden Gavel Society – alumni celebrating their 55th reunion and above, are invited back every year.

You are always welcome to come back to campus during any reunion and register as a guest of an adjacent class year.

What can I expect at my reunion?

Stanford Law School will partner with volunteers from your class to organize two full days of programs for you to reconnect with the school and one another. For a taste of what to expect, check out the highlights video from the last reunion.

How much does reunion cost?

You can purchase an All Access pass that includes your class dinner and all activities on Friday and Saturday or select single purchase items. Registering for your SLS reunion by the early-bird deadline, September 10, results in significant discounts and helps us plan accordingly. Check out all pricing options.

Do you offer reunion discounts?

Stanford Law School makes every effort to offer a substantive and cost-effective reunion program to alumni and their guests. We’d like everyone to be able to return for their reunion and understand that travel and local accommodations have a high cost. If registration costs are prohibitive for you to attend, please reach out to reunions@law.stanford.edu and we will happily offer financial assistance – especially for those working in public interest and traveling internationally.

What if I’m also celebrating a Stanford undergrad reunion?

Stanford Reunion Homecoming is from Thursday, October 15 through Sunday, October 18 and your law school reunion will be on Friday and Saturday. We recommend that you purchase an all access pass for the law school reunion and then purchase individual events, such as your class party or football game tailgate, through the Stanford Reunion Homecoming website. How do I modify my registration?

Click here to open the registration page. Click the small “Already Registered?” link located next to the main “Register Now” button. Enter your email address and your original confirmation number to log in and make your changes.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

All cancellation requests must be received in writing by email to reunions@law.stanford.edu.

  • 100% Refund – On or before Friday, October 2, 2026
  • 50% Refund – On or before Friday, October 9, 2026
  • No Refund – On or after Thursday, October 15, 2026

Where can I plan to meet up with my classmates?

If you’d like to arrange a small gathering with your classmates outside of the structured reunion activities, here is a list of local restaurant recommendations.

Where do reunion activities take place?

The majority of your reunion activities will take place at Stanford Law School, 559 Nathan Abbott Way, Stanford, CA 94305.

Most class dinners and gatherings happen off campus. If you attend Stanford Reunion Homecoming Classes Without Quizzes and Tours, these take place all over campus. While you’re back, we hope you take the opportunity to explore campus.

Will there be food options catering to dietary restrictions?

Vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options will be served at each meal. If you have questions about dietary restrictions or require medical or religious accommodations, please reach out to reunions@law.stanford.edu.

How do I purchase football game tickets?

Click here to purchase $25 tickets in the Stanford Law School block for the Stanford Football vs Elon University game on October 17, 2026 at 4:30 p.m.

What is the dress code during reunion?

We recommend you dress comfortably with layers for daytime activities and business casual for the class dinners in the evenings.

Who do I contact for disability services and accessibility accommodations?

The Diversity & Access Office assists the Law School with ensuring that Reunion events and activities are accessible for all alums, including those with disabilities. If you need accommodation and/or accessibility information, please contact Alumni Relations at reunions@law.stanford.edu or (650) 723-2730.

The Diversity and Access website has lists of vendors providing access, mobility and transportation resources. The Campus Access Guide shows maps detailing wheelchair accessibility and other information.

Golf carts will be available throughout Reunion to transport guests with mobility impairments. To request a golf cart, please call 650-723-2730 during the hours of 8:00 a.m.–8:30 p.m.

The university restricts pets and emotional support animals from public spaces on campus, except for service animals specifically trained to perform a service and/or task for an individual with a disability. Restricted areas include dining areas, athletic venues, performance spaces, etc.

I can’t attend reunion, how can I still connect with my classmates?

You may submit a page for your Class Book and view what your classmates have shared. Check out the Stanford Law School alumni communities for events in your area.
