The Stanford Alumni Association partners with HBC Event Services to offer discounted hotel accommodations for Stanford Reunion Homecoming. Special room blocks with discounted rates are available from the following link, Discounted Hotels. These rates are on a first-come, first-served basis. Please use the link to book as these rates are unavailable when contacting the hotels directly. A travel protection plan is also available.

Complimentary Parking for Law School Reunion Attendees

Parking is complimentary for SLS reunions on both Friday, October 16, and Saturday, October 17 in Wilbur Field Garage on Lower Levels 3 & 4. The Wilbur Field Garage is located at 560 Wilbur Way, Stanford, CA.

On Friday, you must obtain your free parking permit before parking your vehicle. Registration for your free parking permit will become available Monday, October 5, 2026. Please find instructions for your parking permit here. If you encounter any issues with registration for your parking permit, please feel free to come to the Welcome Center at the Law School for assistance.

On Saturday, you do not need a permit to park in Wilbur Field Garage on Lower Levels 3 & 4. Parking is free in most lots after 4:00 pm on weekdays and all day on weekends. Please observe signs and marked spaces.

For ride share drop-off, use Galvez Street & Bowdoin Lane, Stanford, CA 94305.

Individuals with state-issued disability parking placards (from any state) can park in any marked space on campus. In compliance with California regulations, ADA spaces cannot be reserved and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. This includes ADA, A, C, visitor, and Service Vehicle spaces without the need for a permit.

Reunion Check-in

Once you’re on campus, your first stop should be at the Reunion check-in at the Welcome Center located in Russo Commons. The Welcome Center will be open from 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.

Pick up your nametag for your SLS reunion, which is your ticket to SLS and Stanford reunion programs. Throughout the reunion, feel free to gather in Cooley Courtyard with classmates. Coffee, tea and spa water will be available all day, as well as a specialty coffee cart until 2:00 p.m. on Friday and 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.

Dress Code Recommendation

We recommend you dress comfortably with layers for the daytime activities and business casual for the class dinners in the evenings.

Special Assistance and Disability Resources

The Diversity & Access Office assists the Law School with ensuring that Reunion events and activities are accessible for all alums, including those with disabilities.

Golf carts will be available throughout Reunion to transport guests with mobility impairments. To request a golf cart, please call 650.723.2730 during the hours of 8:00 a.m.–8:30 p.m.

The university restricts pets and emotional support animals from public spaces on campus, except for service animals specifically trained to perform a service and/or task for an individual with a disability. Restricted areas include dining areas, athletic venues, performance spaces, etc.
