Through the Stanford Center for the Digital Economy, scholars, policy makers, practicing lawyers, executives, and Stanford Law students explore the fast-growing field of electronic commerce law. In a unique interdisciplinary synergy with industry working groups, the center supports policy studies, develops guidelines, and works to enhance industry practices.

The Stanford Center for the Digital Economy, in collaboration with the San Francisco Bay Area Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC), hosts the annual Stanford Digital Economy Best Practices Conference – the premier educational event for in-house counsel and practitioners who work in or for Internet, e-commerce, mobile, social, networking, and cloud companies.
