Lowry graduated from Harvard Law School, where he worked as a researcher for the Environmental & Energy Law Program and host of its “CleanLaw” podcast, focusing on issues such as offshore wind development and fisheries management. He also was part of the MIT “Climate Clock” team, aiming to raise public awareness and momentum for climate action through large-scale projections of climate data on campus buildings.
