Melissa Maynard Léger, is the Director of Recruiting in the Office of Career Services, a position she’s held for 16 years. She manages all aspects of Stanford’s recruiting programs, including the Fall On-Campus Interviewing Program; handles employer outreach efforts; and partners with employers on ways to convey their unique strengths to their target population- helping them develop long-range outreach strategies to maximize success in their recruiting. She is also responsible for the gathering and reporting of all career-related statistics and information. Ms. Leger earned her BA from the University of California, Santa Barbara prior to joining the law school.
