Biography
Paul Barker is a dual-qualified English barrister and US lawyer, and strategic advisor whose practice focuses on complex international commercial, investment, and regulatory disputes, and transactional advisory matters for founders, investors, private fund sponsors, companies, and sovereigns.
Paul regularly advises on matters at the intersection of law, policy, finance, and geopolitical risk — from sovereign debt restructuring and energy transition to AI governance, cybersecurity, and the convergence of energy, physical infrastructure and software investment across the AI tech stack.
