Peiyu Yu is a corporate attorney at Sidley Austin LLP, where she advises companies at all stages of their lifecycle, venture capital funds, and private equity firms on a wide range of strategic transactions, including equity financings, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets matters.

She received her J.D. from Harvard Law School and B.A. from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
