Ryan Tamares is the Senior Cataloging Librarian at RCLL. As a member of the Technical Services team, he provides cataloging of resources in all formats, quality control of the Law Library’s bibliographic data in SearchWorks, as well as training and support for Technical Services staff. Besides earning the MLIS degree from San José State University, he earned his MM from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music in Bassoon Performance. Before initially serving as Cataloging Specialist at RCLL, Ryan worked on campus at Lane Medical Library as well as other Bay Area libraries.
