Allen Weiner discusses U.S. strikes on alleged drug boats

The Trump administration says it has the legal authority to target alleged drug boats in the Caribbean and Eastern Pacific, but lawmakers from both sides of the aisle are speaking out after new reports showed that U.S. forces fired a second time on a vessel, killing survivors of the initial strike. Allen Weiner, director of Stanford’s Program in International and Comparative Law, joined CBS News for an analysis.
