David Alan Sklansky, Stanley Morrison Professor of Law, was elected to the American Law Institute. Sklansky also received the 2017 John Bingham Hurlbut Award for Excellence in Teaching. The graduating class annually selects a recipient of the Hurlbut award, who addresses the class at commencement.
