Formerly known as the Corporate Law Association, the Stanford Private Practice Association (SPPA) has expanded its mission to help prepare students for careers in private practice. The SPPA promotes student interest in all practice areas within large law firms, in-house, and small boutique law firms. We recognize the significance of building networks early on and maintaining those connections as young professionals advance through their careers. Events hosted by the SPPA will enable students to meet attorneys from different backgrounds, find opportunities for future employment, and learn the skills to navigate the course of their professional careers.
