Biography
Will Huggins is the Associate Director for Library Technology and Innovation at the Robert Crown Law Library, where he leads work at the intersection of emerging technology, legal information, and user-centered library service. As a lead member of the library’s AI exploratory team, Will develops and coordinates AI literacy initiatives for the Stanford Law School community, including training, resource guides, exhibits, and practical frameworks for responsible AI use. His work helps students, faculty, and staff understand emerging AI tools, evaluate their limitations, and apply them thoughtfully in legal research, study, and professional practice.
Will also provides strategic and operational leadership for the library’s access, collections, and discovery services, ensuring that core systems and public-facing services support an evolving research and learning environment.
Before joining the Robert Crown Law Library, Will held supervisory roles at Stanford’s Green Library, UCLA, and USC. He earned his MLIS from San José State University in 2021 and his BA in English from the University of Southern California.
