THE TITLE
“Beyond ICOS — Blockchain as Legal Tech.” (Yes, they will tell us want ICOS is in the next paragraph.)
THE TIME
3:30 p.m. to 4:20 p.m. (April 5) a panel of four people will be presenting
THE AGENDA
The info: “Blockchain may bring to mind the speculative capitalism for which Silicon Valley is known and that has accompanied the launch of a range of new cryptocurrencies through initial coin offerings (ICOs). Beyond notions of disrupting fundraising and currency systems, blockchain presents an opportunity to affect the base-layer protocols for how we govern value exchange. Our panelists offer an overview of issues and opportunities blockchain presents for legal researchers, legal professionals, and legal technologists.”
