Biography
Thomas Molloy is the Clinical Supervising Attorney and Lecturer in Law at the Law School’s Religious Liberty Clinic. Thomas previously worked as an appellate litigator at Gibson Dunn where he maintained an active religious liberty pro bono practice.
Thomas received his B.A. in Biblical Studies from Life Pacific University, his M.A. in Philosophy of Religion and Ethics from Talbot School of Theology, BIOLA University, and his J.D. with honors from the University of Chicago law school. He is a former clerk for Judge Edith H. Jones of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
Prior to law school, Thomas served as an ordained minister for nearly a decade and taught philosophy and religion for several universities. He also directed the Ministry Formation program for a denominational university, directed at developing students’ practical ministry skills.
