Designing Online Courts: Institutional Models for Digital Justice
In an era where digital technologies are reshaping institutions and public services across sectors, my current research focuses on the design and implementation of online courts tailored to contemporary needs. This project examines how judicial systems can evolve to meet rising expectations for accessibility, responsiveness, and fairness in a connected world.
Drawing on firsthand experience within the judiciary as well as academic research, the project approaches institutional reform not as an abstract exercise, but as a practical challenge shaped by procedural realities and adjudicative responsibility.
