Please join the Stanford Federalist Society as we welcome Professor David Henderson to discuss California Proposition 10.  A “yes” vote on November 6th, 2018 would repeal the Costa-Hawkins Rental Housing Act, freeing cities and counties in California to impose new types of rent control.  Professor Henderson is both a research fellow at the Hoover Institution and a full professor of economics at the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California.  He will discuss the implications of a “yes” or “no” vote.
