We produce research rooted in fields that include law, political science, technology policy, global governance, and foreign policy. Our work is intended to inform practicable policy solutions, and as such we collaborate directly with implementers to cover key issues. We tailor our research products, which range from legal memoranda to in-depth research papers, so that they are accessible, concrete, and immediately usable for practitioners working on humanitarian crises.
