Justice, Rule of Law, and the Constitutional Order 1

Justice, Rule of Law, and the Constitutional Order

The Neukom Center’s work to revitalize the rule of law seeks to envision and build the future for the rule of law in the United States and across the globe. In 2026, we joined with the Hoover Institution and the Stanford Constitutional Law Center on the Hoover Economic and Security Commons, leading the team of faculty working on the Justice, Rule of Law and Constitutional Order team. As part of this project, the Center will work closely with leading scholars focusing on needed reforms to strengthen the rule of law and constitutional order, including issues of executive power, the administration of justice, public corruption and accountability, and civil disorder.
